Start by filling in the basic information. This is how we will contact you when the report is finished. If you are concerned about privacy, please read our privacy statement.
Section 1 is all about the listing prices, timeframe and condition of your home. This is the first of the 3 areas we will look at to see where the main focus should be.
Section 2 is about marketing a home. The biggest misconception is that a real estate agent or REALTOR for that matter, is selling your home. They are at the simplest level representing you in the sale and transaction of your home. Marketing campaigns and efforts are what drive traffic to your home.
Section 3 is about the agent who listed your house. This information is compared with top producing agents (the top 20% of agents who do 80% of the business) to help with finding a new agentl in the future. It is not meant to find fault or point blame, but to find areas that you should look for in a real estate professional. |
